The Rescue     Mykos stepped lightly onto the first wooden step. It creaked and moaned beneath his foot. “These aren't sturdy Roe.”  
    “At least there is light.” Roe touched a stone sconce on the wall, shaped like the head of lion a small flame illuminated from the lion's mouth lighting the bleak stairway.      Mykos turned to see Roe admiring the lighting device. “Careful, this is an old tower, you never know what traps were laid by the ancients who built it. “ Mykos stepped around a hole in the next step.

Stairway To Danger  The stone slide backwards, Roe entered the dank room. The sound of bats in the darkness caused Roe to hesitate, she hated bats. "This was too easy Roe, i do not like it at all." Mykos said as he turned his back to Roe's and looked behind them to see if they had been followed. "The hallway is clear." He said and Roe stepped onward into the dark room.     "These priests obviously don't believe in candlelight" Roe snarled. As she walked she could hear muck and mud sloshing beneath her boots.     "I wouldn't say that," Mykos leaded down toward the wall to the left of him. " Do you see that?" a f Stairway To Danger

The Loyal Knight   Broon had long been a knight in Mithra's sacred order. He was among the high borne of the mountain people. Skilled in swords he had once been a great asset to the Temple at Meddia. Tonight however for the first time in twenty five years he had failed.      He shifted sullenly in his oak chair, listening to the sound of a doorway slamming down the hall followed by hurried footsteps approaching his own door. WOW! i had no idea i'd be writing so much about Cail and Roe, or enjoy weaving their tale as i do. it seems their world is full of interestign characters. Some, like the lady in black or the aging king are pure fiction. Cail (pronounced KAY-ALE) himself is entirely made up. hehe i have been making him up in my head for the past ten years. Roe (pronounced ROW) is very much based on me. I need to work on making her more human though. Mykos (MEE-cos) is largely based on my close friend Logan. likewise Dalla (DAl-YAH) is based on Debi one of logan's closest friends who became mine as well thanks to the internet. Branwyn (BrAN-WIN) is partly based on someone i used to know, although she is 15 years older then me and not five. Rykah, (RIKe-ah) his manners and looks i got from CJ. (my other best friend's BF. he is like a brother to me.) Daccus is fictional, but man am i havign fun wioth him. he is the ultimate smartass. just the type of guy i like knowing.
Anyway i am not sure how much more of this story i am going to post on here. i am thinking of maybe hanging onto it and doing something with it. i'd had what seemed like neverending writer's block until Cail and Roe came to me and sparked something in my head i had forgotten about for far too long. If anyone is reading this story i'd love to hear opinions.

I like your taste in authors! You made a really good Bettie and your Sonja is utterly fantastic! I like your art too. Though you should practice more drawing, you'd be great at it. You got a lot of the basics down already.
